Chief Minister Revanth Reddy, who is supposed to be the legal guide and the most exemplary person for all the people of the state, has been exposed along with evidence of stolen votes.
- Double Game Bagotham exposed in ‘Sir’
- CM committed electoral malpractice
- Two votes with same epic number in Mahbubnagar and Nagarkurnool parliamentary constituencies
- One in Kodangal. Another one in Acchampet
- The Chief Minister of the Representation of the People Act
- CM from DPTC.. but ‘Rule’ Baladur
Hyderabad, July 15 (Namaste Telangana): Chief Minister Revanth Reddy, who is supposed to be the legal guide and the most exemplary person for all the people of the state, has been exposed along with the evidence of stolen votes. This has come to light through the process of Special Comprehensive Amendment of Voters (SIR) currently going on in the state. Official voter list records make it clear that Chief Minister Revanth Reddy has two votes in two different constituencies and two different parliament seats.
Election rules are for wind
The Chief Minister, who is supposed to be in constitutional office and protect the laws, has thrown the country’s primary election rules in the air. Recently, Revanth Reddy celebrated in a tumultuous manner saying that he had recently risen to the level of Chief Minister from ZPTC and that he has been in politics for 20 years. However, political analysts say that it is most regrettable that the Chief Minister, who has two decades of political experience, does not know the basic law that one citizen should not have two votes in the country. According to Section-17 of the Representation of the People Act-1950, no citizen of the country shall be registered as a voter in more than one constituency. According to Section-18, there should not be two votes in the same constituency. Such offenses are punishable with imprisonment for one year, fine or both if convicted under Section-31. Chief Minister Revanth Reddy is a criminal under this Act. He contested the election by giving a false affidavit, so there is a demand to cancel the Kodangal election. laws
Why not just remove it?
In both these entries the Chief Minister’s name is wrongly printed as Revant instead of Revanth. Criticisms are coming that the CM neglected to at least check the spelling of his name and remove the illegal duplicate vote through Form-7. When the issue of stolen votes came out, the Election Commission was supposed to give an explanation, why did the fact check handle under the CM’s office step in and give an explanation? Was Revanth Red who actually ran the Election Commission? Or Chief Electoral Officer Sudarshan Red? Why did they delete that fact check post overnight? Suspicions are arising.
Doubts on Collector’s Explanation
Suspicions are being raised when the Collector of Nagarkurnool came forward to the media on Tuesday and said that Revanth Reddy does not have a vote in Atchampet now. Netizens recall that Revanth Reddy said in his 2023 election affidavit that he is a Kodangal voter. And when and how was Kondareddypalli’s vote removed? Was notice given to Revanth Reddy before removing the vote? Did Revanth Reddy apply through Form-8 or Form-7? How can the vote be removed without CM’s signature? It is said that if the vote records are destroyed overnight, the collector will also be guilty of destruction of evidence under the BNS Act.
Same epic number.. two votes
According to the recently released final voter list-2025 (date of publication: 06-01-2025), Revanth Reddy is registered as a voter in two different assembly constituencies in different districts with only one EPIC number (TES0274035). There is one vote on house number 1-209 with serial number 974 in part number 237, section-2 (Shantinagar) under Kodangal assembly constituency-72 of Mahbubnagar Parliamentary Constituency. There is another vote on own house number 3-48 of Kondareddypalli village of Vangur mandal with serial number 601 in part number 16, section-2 (Eedamamma Temple) of Nagarkurnool Parliamentary Constituency, Acchampeta (SC) Assembly Constituency-82.
