Vemulawada, June 7: The government has recently announced that the transfer of government employees in the state ended on May 31 and has imposed a ban on transfers. However, in the Debt Department, the government gave permission after the officials of the concerned department asked to give an opportunity to transfer after the end of the funeral. With this, the Department of Religion has issued a memo with GEO No. 38 on transfers of employees in temples. Meanwhile, the employees started to worry about the guidelines and transfer matters. It is known that after the formation of the government in August 2024, Vemulawada, Yadagirigutta, Kondagattu, Komuravelli, Basara and Bhadradri temples in the state were transferred as a unit. The employees of the Debt Department are worried about the second round of transfers.

In view of the transfer of temple employees across the state, there is concern among the employees that what kind of guidelines will be issued by the tax department. In the first round of transfers, only 40 percent of the total employees were transferred considering seniority from the date of appointment. Although the employees were asked for options first, in the subsequent process, the debt department transferred them, but the final decision was taken by the officials and transferred. The transfer process will be completed by 21st of this month and the guidelines will be released in two days. Employees are reluctant to go to Basara and Bhadradri temples.

Transfers were made in August 2024 to the employees of the Debt Department across the state. Six temples were transferred as a unit, 28 people were transferred from Vemulawada Rajanna temple and around 70 people were transferred across the state. After the transfer process is completed and the employees join their duties, the authorities have made a big fuss about the incentives for the employees to go to their parent company. AEO Ramesh Babu, Supervisors Srilatha, Rajan Babu, Venkataprasad, Sanjeeva Rao who came on transfer to Rajanna temple were transferred under War Order and other names. AEO Laxman Rao working in Basara temple has been transferred to Vemulawada, Surender Reddy working in Komuravelli to Yadagirigutta and Rama Rao working in Basara to Bhadrachalam.
