Former Minister Singireddy Niranjan Reddy reacted to Speaker Gaddam Prasad’s dismissal of the disqualification petitions of defecting MLAs Danam Nagender and Kadiam Srihari. The Speaker criticized the judgment as a blow to democracy.
Singireddy Niranjan Reddy said that what is running in the state is not Ambedkar’s constitution but Congress constitution. He commented that the speaker’s verdict is proof of the double standards of the Congress. They said that the Congress had killed the democracy by writing down the verdict of the people. Dana Nagender, who contested as an MP on a Congress ticket, said that giving a clean chit to Kadiam Srihari, who made his daughter contest as a Congress MP and asked him to wear a headscarf and vote again on a hand mark, was the pinnacle of Congress mark politics.
Niranjan Reddy criticized that Rahul Gandhi, who always walks around holding the constitution in his hand, has not only left the implementation of six guarantees in Telangana to the wind, but also left the constitution to the wind. He asked what more proof is needed that they have obstructed the authority here to loot the funds of Telangana. He said that Telangana has become like an ATM for the Congress party. That is why he criticized the Congress leadership for not talking about the developments here and the anarchy of the government here.
