Ravalkole Lands | Medchal/Medchal Rural, June 12: A news article published in ‘Namaste Telangana’ regarding 275.12 acres of land in survey number 4-18, 20, 22, 25 under Rawalkol village of Keesara mandal of Medchal-Malkajigiri district has created a sensation. Survey numbers 4 to 18 of these lands were ventured and sold in 138.53 acres. Now those lands are being declared as government inam and grazing land and those who bought them are getting shocked. The condition of the buyers has become untenable as their plot is in the 275 acre land scam in Rawalcol. This topic is now a topic of discussion across the state. As those lands have been in dispute for years, it is known that the land grabbers have sold them to people from other areas instead of the locals. 138.5 acres of land in survey numbers 4 to 18 under Rawalcol has been made a venture in the name of Saki Krishna Housing Development Private Limited. This land is in different parts in the name of the venture owners.
Since none of them were heirs of Inam in the past, the ORC from the government is not valid. This will cancel the sale deed of the plot buyers as per the rules. As the land grab has come to light, the buyers are worried knowing that they will not get the plots they bought by investing lakhs of rupees. Experts state that it will be useless for buyers to go to court with their sale deeds. As a result, 130 people who had bought plots in that venture were put on the road. According to the current market value, an acre is selling up to Rs.20 crores. As the venture is in hundred acres, the value of the plots will be up to Rs.2000 crores. As it turns out that the land belongs to the government, the buyers lost two thousand crores of rupees. Buyers are worried knowing that they will not get the plots they have bought after years of hard work.
The entire Congress regime is a shambles.
Ever since the Congress government came to power, land grabs have been going on. Wherever there is an empty space, the government officials are leaning there like hawks. What is worrying is that the government, which is supposed to protect it from the grabbers, is trying to acquire the land. Public land should be useful to the people but it is not right to see it occupied by the elders. The survey numbers from 4 to 18 have already been ventured. What is the condition of those who bought land in that venture? If injustice happens anywhere, we will bring it to the attention of the government and authorities. But here it seems that the government officials are doing wrong. Who will do justice now? Inam land should be used for social purposes.
