HYDERABAD: Huzurabad BRS MLA Padi Kaushik Reddy has been arrested by Padi Kaushik Reddy. Warangal Subedari police took him into custody at Shamshabad airport. He was then taken to Warangal. He has been booked under Section 308 (2), 308 (4) and 352 of the BNS. It is possible to appear in court and move to jail. His wife Subedari complained at the police station that Manoj Reddy had threatened to pay Rs 50 lakh. MLA Kaushik Reddy was arrested by the police on Saturday morning.
Meanwhile, MLA Kaushik Reddy approached the High Court four days ago seeking to dismiss the case filed against him at Subedari police station. However, he was spotted in this regard.
