Hyderabad, May 9 (Namaste Telangana): CM Revanth Reddy said that the city of Hyderabad will be converted into a signal free city. For this, it has been revealed that three methods namely underpass, surface and elevated will be implemented. He said that with modernization and urbanization, more new challenges will have to be faced in the future. Housing construction and urban affairs were discussed in the Parliamentary Standing Committee meeting held at the Secretariat in Hyderabad on Saturday. On this occasion, the officials explained various aspects to the committee.
He gave a power point presentation on drinking water supply, urban development and revival of Musi. Officials appealed to the committee to take initiative to help the Center to further develop Hyderabad. After that, CM Revanth said that there is a need to develop infrastructure in accordance with the growing urban population. He explained that the expansion of roads and the development of the transport system were to be done and the state was being developed in three parts. Committee Chairman Magunta Srinivasulu Reddy, MP Chamala, CS, Central and State Government officials participated in the meeting.
