PRTU TS has stated that it is wrong for the government to approach the Supreme Court and file a special leave petition in the court on the issue of implementation of old pension for DSC-2003 teachers.
Hyderabad, May 9 (Namaste Telangana): PRTU TS has said that it is disgraceful for the government to approach the Supreme Court and file a special leave petition in the court on the issue of implementation of old pension for DSC-2003 teachers. To this extent, the union’s state president general secretaries Pulgam Damodar Reddy and S Bhikshangaud strongly condemned the government’s behavior in a statement on Saturday. The notification was issued before September 1, 2004 and the employees who were appointed after that were reminded that the old pension system is being implemented as per the decision of the Central Government. Recently, the CM and Deputy CM reminded that in the discussions held with the Telangana Employees JAC, they assured that they are positive on this issue.

In a statement on Saturday, STU TS state president and secretaries G. Sadanandangaud and Heja Gajender expressed their grief that the government’s action on old pension scheme for DSC 2003 teachers is unfortunate. It is said that filing a special leave petition in the Supreme Court despite Central orders and High Court judgments is outrageous.
