In Kaleshwaram Issue… KCR and Harish Rao have received Big Relief. The High Court has instructed the Telangana state government to take any action against KCR and Harish Rao based on the PC Ghosh Commission. As the main petition is being heard on October 7, the KCR and Harish Rao have been asked to give orders without any action based on the Commission’s report.
After hearing the arguments of KCR and Harish Rao’s lawyers, the High Court judge said that there will be a next hearing after the Dussehra holiday on October 7. The Telangana High Court has instructed the government not to take any action against KCR and Harish Rao on the basis of the commission. The next hearing has been postponed to October 7.
