Hyderabad, May 31 (Namaste Telangana): Employees are alleging that there are irregularities in the transfers made under the Finance Department. It has been stated that some people have been given illegal postings in the Treasuries and Accounts Department and the employees are being put into serious trouble with irrelevant decisions. According to GEO 38 issued by the government regarding transfers of employees, employees who have completed four years in an area must be transferred strictly. Those who have completed three years are given the opportunity to transfer if they wish. A rule has been imposed that the total number of employees should not exceed 40 percent.
It is said that they have made a list of 40 percent of the employees in the treasury department, disregarding the provisions of my Lugandla, and ordered them to have an option for transfers. The employees claim that they did not hear that they were not pressured in other departments. In the end, TGO and TNGO union leaders made arrangements and filed a complaint with the Secretary of the Finance Department. It has been revealed that the list has been changed to transfer those who have completed four years of service.
Postings against the rules
The employees are alleging that there have been irregularities in the transfer of spouse quota. The employees of that department are giving many examples for this. An STO from Nallagonda district has applied for transfer under spouse option even though he has not completed four years of service. His wife works in a school near Nalgonda. According to the rules, he has to be transferred to Nalgonda district treasury office. But, he was transferred to STO, which is 40 kilometers away.’
The employees alleged that this was an insult to Jio 38. Complaints were made to the higher authorities about this matter but there was no result. ‘An STO in Khammam district was given an option to Nelakondapalli in the same district where his wife was working in spouse quota. But he was simultaneously transferred to Warangal district. It is alleged that the officials have ignored the provision to give first priority to those who have been given the spouse quota option as per the rules.

An STO working in Khammam district DTO claimed that he was a TGO office bearer and a widow. But on the basis of fake association certificates, some are alleged to have been posted where asked. It is said that the officials have put other employees in trouble to give postings to whomever they like and where they like. Moreover, the transfer orders were given on 30th at 11 pm. Irregularities are also alleged in the transfers of senior accountants. The government officials want to take immediate action on this matter and take action against the superiors and do justice to the employees. Otherwise they warn that they will approach the court.
