Khairatabad, May 24: Directors of Ananya Infra Projects Private Limited Nitish Vijay Vargia and Ashok Reddy have alleged that the ruling party MP is pressuring them to give up land worth 200 crores after taking ten crores. They organized a media conference at Somajiguda Press Club in Hyderabad on Sunday. Speaking on the occasion, he said that the previous claimants of 34 acres of 25 pits of land in Bacharam village, Abdullahpurmet mandal, Rangareddy district, had approached the National Company Law Tribunal after the company went bankrupt. In February 2023, they claimed to have acquired this land in the NCLT court auction by paying Rs.35 crores.
He said that the payment of the arrears of the debtors has also been completed. Recently, Srinivas Reddy, who claims to be the owner of HSR Company, has come forward that he made an agreement with this company in 2018. It is stated that Srinivas Reddy, who did not come to the court at least from 2018 to 2023, pleaded that he had no claim, but the court has already said that the agreement is invalid. It is alleged that the ruling party MP who is the son of a former Congress minister is trying to grab this land. He said that at present the authorities are causing problems by not mutating this land for three years. He expressed his concern that despite meeting the Collector and RDO, they are not paying attention. He said that there is pressure from the MP and they want to do the mutation.
Police advice to settle
Nitish and Ashok Reddy complained that false cases were filed against them if they approached the police saying that they were trying to grab their land. He asked how false cases can be filed against the land taken by the NCLT court and under which law this is. When the case was transferred to CCL, ACP Narsimha Reddy called them and threatened them. It is stated that they are forcing to settle with that MP.
He said that the current market price of this land in ORR Exit No.10 would be more than Rs.200 crores. It is stated that the MP is being pressured by the CCS police to give up Rs.10 crore. They complained that the police were sitting and torturing them from morning till night in CCL. He said that false cases were filed in defiance of the court’s verdict and asked CM Revanth to intervene. Otherwise, he made it clear that he will go to the Supreme Court and fight the legal battle.
