What actually happened?
Yavan (23) from Jawaharnagar is studying third year of B.Tech at Mallareddy Engineering College. He loves a young girl from Alwal since his school days. That girl also likes Yavan. When the young lady came to know about this at home, they opposed their love. In this order, Yavan received threats from the young woman’s family members for several years. Leave our child.. He repeatedly warned me that he does not want to marry you.
However, Yavan was staying at a friend’s house in Sitaphalmandi Indiranagar and often met the young woman. Enraged by Yavan’s behavior, the young woman’s family members took revenge on him and killed him. On Thursday night, six men on three motorcycles came to Yavan’s house and attacked him with knives while he was watching TV. Even if he escaped from them and ran out, they stabbed him indiscriminately and ran away. Seeing this, the locals rushed Yavan to Gandhi Hospital where he died.
Relatives concern
Relatives of the young woman raised concerns on Friday, alleging that love affair was the reason for the murder. They staged a protest on the road demanding strict punishment for those who killed Yavan. Later they went to attack the young woman’s house. This created tension there. Noticing this, the police deployed heavily and took them into custody. Meanwhile, a case has been registered on this murder and the police have taken up the investigation. Initially five accused have been identified. Among them, two accused named Parmesh and Vamsi have been arrested by the police. Three special police teams are searching for the others who are absconding.
