Heavy rain accompanied by thunder, lightning and gusty winds lashed several districts of Telangana since midnight. Due to untimely rains, the grain of many buying centers got wet. In many places, trees were broken and transport was disrupted. Sangareddy’s electricity supply was interrupted and the locals were in trouble. In Kamareddy district, the rains washed away the grain in the hills.
12.3 cm was the highest in Mutsya of Siddipet district. Rainfall recorded. 11 cm in Bhutpur mandal of Mahabubunagar district, 8.4 cm in Thimmajipet of Nagarkurnool district, 6.2 cm in Gundlapalli of Nalgonda district. It rained.
