Heavy Rain | Hyderabad, July 23 (Namaste Telangana): The Monsoon Trough is moving south-eastwards towards Northeast Bay of Bengal through Jaisalmer, Kota, Guna, Damoh, Daltonganj, Kantai from sea level, it is 3.1 km above mean sea level. Hyderabad Meteorological Center said that it will extend up to the height and bend towards the south as it goes higher.
Weather experts Telangana Weatherman revealed that break monsoon conditions will prevail in the state for the next two to three days. He said that the weather will not become completely dry during this break and light to moderate rains are likely to occur in many parts of Telangana including Hyderabad city in the evening. 30-40 km per hour with thunder and lightning at one or two places. He said that there is a possibility of strong winds. It is expected that after July 25 or 26, the intensity of rains will increase again in the state.
If we look at the calculations from June 1 to July 22, the average rainfall of the state has been recorded as -25 percent less than normal. District-wise, Yadadri Bhuvanagiri district has the highest rainfall deficit of 60 percent. The Meteorological Department expects this deficit to be reduced to some extent due to the rains that fell in many parts of the district on Wednesday night and in the coming days.
