Telangana state cabinet has given good news to liquor lovers. The Cabinet has decided to set up micro brewery in cities and towns of the state. The instant beer cafes will be available soon. The government seems to have taken this decision to increase revenue. It has been decided to give permission for the establishment of mini breweries at the rate of 5km in the city and one in the towns for 30km. Notifications for Licenses of Liquor Shops Soon

On the other hand, the state government passed the Assembly and Council in March this year, which provides 42 per cent of the political representation of BCs in local bodies as well as another 42 per cent reservation in education and employment. The Cabinet has expressed concern that the two bills will be disrupted in the election process of local bodies as the President’s approval is in the Pendingle. The High Court has decided to complete the reservation process by the end of this month.
