Hyderabad, June 29 (Namaste Telangana)/Banjarahills: BRSV state president Gellu Srinivas Yadav has been granted bail in the case of protesting at the Mahanuus Channel office, which has been videos of vulgar thumbnails, broadcasting false news articles on KTR. BRSV leaders and activists have registered 9 sections, including the police assassination attempt on the incident and appeared before the judge at the Nampally Criminal Court Judge’s residence on Sunday. The lawyer on behalf of the BRSV leaders demanded bail during the case.
The police objected to the remand and to custody. The judge rejected the police requests. Student department leaders have been released with bail granting a total of 14 people. Former MLA of Balaka Suman, former BC Commission members Kishoregoud, Shubhaprad Patel and former chairman of the corporation, Gajjela Nagesh, Anjaneyulgoud, Dudimetla Balaraj and Palle Ravikumar. The BRS and BRSV leaders have made it clear that the Congress government is being harassed illegally and on behalf of the people without fear of cases.
