BJP state president Ramchander Rao said that Bandi Bhagirath did not run away. Speaking at a press conference held at BJP’s state office on Monday, he said that any person can take anticipatory bail as per the law if he files a legal case.

Speaking at a press conference held at BJP’s state office on Monday, he said that any person can take anticipatory bail as per the law if he files a legal case. It is said that Bhagirath surrendered as anticipatory bail was not received. It is alleged that they are spreading false propaganda targeting the Union Minister and his family members as it is in the law that they can get bail.
Bandi said that Sanjay has not done anything wrong and if his family members do something wrong, legal action will be taken. He said that the BJP is being defamed and the Bhagirath issue will be decided by the courts.
