Colleges conducting summer classes
Palle Murali, state president of All India Students’ Union, alleged that corporate colleges are forcing students to conduct classes for their own benefit before the commencement of the colleges, due to which the students are mentally depressed and unable to withstand the pressure and commit suicide. Although the student was sick for three days, the college management said that she was suffering from mental stress by conducting classes without informing her parents. He criticized that such incidents happen frequently because the government does not care.
