Ainavolu, May 1 : On the occasion of National Panchayat Raj Day, the Central Government has selected Uduthagudem village of Ainavolu mandal of Hanumakonda district as the best Pan Chayat in the category of self-sufficiency and basic amenities. On April 29, the Union Panchayat Raj and Rural Development Ministry announced the Panchayat Development Index (Advancement Index) 2.0 report.
This award is for the provision of better facilities to the people in terms of self-sufficiency and infrastructural development for the financial year 2023-24 (during the last BRS regime) such as nursery, rural forest, Vaikuntha Dham, dumping yard, plantation, house-to-house drain, electricity connection, participation of women’s groups, tax collection, common service point, ration cards etc. Got it.
