Panchayat Secretary Akkala Venkata Swamy demanded a bribe of Rs 20,000 to upload basement photos for the Indiramma home bill of Rs 1,00,000 in the village of Hajipur Mandal of the district. Venkata Swamy was caught red -handed by ACB officials after the victim complained.
