TG EAPCET | Hyderabad, May 4 (Namaste Telangana): TGPSET conducted for admissions in engineering, agriculture and pharmacy courses started on Monday. Agriculture and Pharmacy exams were conducted on the first day. On the first day of the examination, the examination was interrupted in a center due to a power cut. According to the information received from the students, there was a power cut for 20 minutes during the first session at Sri Chaitanya Engineering College Center in Karimnagar district. This stopped the test. It was found that the electricity supply wire to the lab was broken and repaired and the supply was restored. After 20 minutes extra time, the test was continued. Agriculture and Pharmacy department exams will be concluded with one session from 9 am to 12 pm on Tuesday. Exams for engineering department will be held on 9th, 10th and 11th of this month.

Medium questions..

Students said that the questions asked in the exams that started on Monday were moderate. Examinations for Agriculture and Pharmacy (AM) department were conducted on Monday morning and afternoon in two sessions. In the first session, the students said that while the biology and chemistry questions were moderate, the physics questions were a bit tough. In the second session, while Biology and Chemistry questions were moderate, Physics was moderate to tough.

4,299 Dumma..

4,299 candidates were absent on the first day of Apset exams. 2,287 in the morning and 2,012 in the afternoon. 92.46 percent candidates appeared in the morning and 93.35 percent in the afternoon. Higher Education Council Chairman Professor V Balakishtareddy and Secretary Sriramvenkatesh inspected many centers in Hyderabad. JNTU VC Professor Kishankumar Reddy, Registrar Professor K Venkateshwar Rao, APSET Convener Professor K Vijaykumar Reddy, Co-Convenor Professor Balunaik and others supervised the conduct of the examinations.

Display marks for the first time..

This time a new system of display of marks has been introduced in APSET exams. The subject wise marks are displayed on the screen as soon as the exam is over. One student said he got 130 marks while another said he got 128 marks. But these are only marks given based on primary key. While the students will come to an estimate through these, the final results will be declared according to the final key.
