According to the Tender Regulations of the Mission Bhagirathha Substations, the agency must have its own repairing workshop. Telangana contractors said that the contractors with their own workshop were not in Telangana and that the missionary was also rented and sending it back and forth. Those with RANDB license are eligible to participate in any tender in government work. But the licensed organizations in the SPDCL and NPDCL are eligible to participate in these tenders, claiming that a company’s vendor license is not involved in tenders, and that there are no new regulations to do whatever is to do for government work. A contractor belonging to Boduppal has approached the High Court saying that they are not eligible for the Labor Licenses, PF Registration and Mission Bhagirathha. Hearing the arguments of both sides, the High Court has ordered the Mission Bhagirath ENC, including the government to suspend the tenders process and file a counter. It is reported that several dignitaries, including Mission Bhagirath ENC, have been burning on the officer as to why the regulations have changed and bring this headache.
