Medipalli, July 18: Telangana Realtor Association State President Naragoni Praveenkumar, Vice President Mekapotula Narsaiah and General Secretary Pagadala Ranga Rao stated that people and real estate traders are facing severe problems since the inclusion of private properties in the prohibited list in the state. On Saturday, he wrote an open letter to Chief Minister Revanth Reddy to resolve this issue immediately.
Due to this problem, property purchase and registrations are being stopped. Banks are refusing to give housing and mortgage loans. At present, it is not appropriate to bring NVC from the collector regarding the registration of plots and houses. He requested the government to intervene in this matter and find a permanent solution to the problem.
