Telangana CMO | Hyderabad, July 6 (Namaste Telangana): The supply of food to the Chief Minister’s office in the state secretariat has stopped. The said contractor has stopped the supply of meals to the CM’s office for a week which has never happened in the past. The guests who come to meet the Chief Minister and his office staff who work directly with the Chief Minister are given lunch every day. Tiffins and snacks are also served in the morning and afternoon. There is a special contractor to supply all these. However, the main leader’s followers also noticed this catering service. The old catering contractor was fired and handed over to another contractor. However, the CMO told the officials that the said contractor was not from him as he did not receive a single bill for the catering service. They urged the authorities to do something and continue the catering service.
With this, he continued to supply for a year and a half. However, the bills did not come for a year and a half. They used to supply meals and snacks to around three hundred to five hundred people a day. It has been decided to pay Rs.500 per plate meal (including snacks). However, in a year and a half, the bill has not been paid to the catering contractor even for a single month. With this, he said that he can no longer supply meals to the CMO. No supply for a week. An officer told ‘Namaste Telangana’ that he did not know how to tell anyone about this. They stated that at first they received good quality meals, but due to non-payment of bills, the contractor reduced the quality, reduced the menu and finally stopped the supply altogether.
