Hyderabad City Bureau/Shabad, July 11 (Namaste Telangana): An accused who was on bail in a POCSO case and who was roaming at will caused a stir. The killing of six people within two hours has shaken Shabad, a suburb of the capital. The fact that the maniac killed the victim girl’s family who filed the case and also her family who questioned her made the state angry on Saturday. According to the victim’s family members, locals and the police, Parvathy Rajkumar (28) of Daivalaguda village in Shabad mandal of Rangareddy district was a local real estate business. He is used to online betting. He has a house near PRR Stadium in Shabad. Chityala Lakshmi (45), her aunt Rukkamma (65), daughters Balika (17) and Meghna (handicapped) live next to that house. Lakshmi’s husband Mallesh died last year. Her daughter is studying first year of Inter in Shamshabad.
Rajkumar has been harassing this girl for a year. He installed CCTV cameras in his house and focused on the girl’s house. As soon as the girl goes out of the house, he chases her and harasses her. Lakshmi took her daughter to Shamshabad as the inter exam was on May 16 this year. In this order, Rajkumar reached there and tried to forcibly take the girl with him. The intercepted mother took her daughter and filed a complaint at Shabad Police Station. The police have registered a case under the POCSO Act. After that, the police dropped the case. No attempt was made to apprehend the accused. The accused indirectly helped to get anticipatory bail from the court. Rajkumar took anticipatory bail in the case on June 12. After that he was roaming freely in Shabad area.

This matter has become a sensation across the state in the early hours of Saturday morning. Future City Police Commissioner Tarunjoshi reached the spot. It has been revealed that seven teams have been deployed to catch the accused. However, the police tried to gather them as the locals came down to Rastaroko, complaining of the negligence of the police. The locals did not stop their agitation till afternoon. With this, it was announced that Shabad SS Ramesh is being suspended. Also announced that action will be taken against Inspector Kanti Reddy. Meanwhile, as the accused Rajkumar was not found even till Saturday evening, Rs. A reward of 2 lakhs has been announced.
Meghna became an orphan
In the family affected by Rajkumar’s death, Meghna, a disabled person, survived. She is disabled and living at home with dementia. Mother Lakshmi and grandmother Rukkamma used to do all the work. Rajkumar killed her mother and grandmother and took away her younger sister but remained helpless. And with the death of all, she became an orphan.
Even if there is danger to life, the police do not care
These people died today because the police did not pay attention to the case against Rajkumar. When he was wandering around outside, we went to the police and told him several times, but they treated him with negligence. If SSI Ramesh and CI Kantareddy had taken proper action in this case, our people would not have died today. If they told us to register a case against him and send him to jail, then he got bail and talked to us. Action should be taken against SSI and CI.

If six people were killed in Shabad, the Chief Minister does not see it..? If any small incident happens in Tamil Nadu, the CM responds immediately. Why can’t Telangana CM respond? MLA did not care. If the police misrepresent the case, don’t let it go. Like orphaned corpses night after night, how can the dead bodies be taken to the mortuary in a gram panchayat tractor without doing a panchanama? Let’s see justice done: Collector
Rangareddy Collector Narayana Reddy said that steps will be taken to ensure that justice is done to the victim’s family on behalf of the government. He spoke for a while with those who were dharna in Shabad. He said that whoever is responsible will take strict action. It is stated that the SSI has already been suspended and departmental action will be taken against the CI. He said that the government will support the disabled young woman in the victim’s family. The people demanded an exgratia of Rs.25 lakhs to the family, but the collector promised to provide Rs.5 lakhs. He also said that if she does not have a house, a house will be built for her. He assured that if she is unable to stay at home, she will join the Social Welfare Center running on behalf of the government and take steps to ensure that the government takes care of everything.
Not six ..seven murders..?
Police revealed that accused Rajkumar has previous criminal record. There are suspicions that the girl’s father was also killed according to the plan and filmed as a heart attack. The victim’s relatives are alleging that the accused did not commit six murders but seven murders. Rajkumar is acquainted with the girl’s parents, Mallesh and Lakshmi, who live next door. In this background, according to last year’s scheme, Mallesh was drunk and dropped at his house, family members say. He died on the same day. Everyone thought he died of a heart attack. He has been following the girl for some time and threatening to kill you like you killed your father. They told the same thing to the police. However, there are criticisms that the police have not paid any attention to this matter. Meanwhile, the local police revealed that a case had been registered against the accused Rajkumar earlier.

- After the POCSO case was registered, Rajkumar was accused by his wife. In this order, there was conflict between the two. Enraged by this, Rajkumar planned to kill the girl’s family as well as his own family. After that he took each one’s life.
- Friday night around 10.45 – 11 pm: Rajkumar reached the girl’s house and knocked on the door. At that time, mother Lakshmi, grandmother Rukkamma and elder sister Meghna (disabled) were present in the house along with the girl. As soon as mother Lakshmi opened the door, Rajkumar stabbed her with a bottle of beer in her hand and then with a knife. He strangled Rukkamma while she was sleeping. He arrested the girl and threw her out of the wall. Later he took the girl towards Daivalaguda in his car which was parked behind the house. It is about five kilometers away from Shabad He went near the village.At Akhilsagar Lake
He took the girl and strangled her to death. But he left Meghna who is disabled. - Around 11.30 pm: The maniac who killed the victim’s family, went straight to the house in Daivalaguda in his car. Constantly denying his guilt, he killed his wife Sarita (33) who was threatening to complain to the police and get a divorce, after which he also strangled his son Parikshit (4) and Daivikshit (2). After that he escaped from there. After a while, the father called Arun Kumar and informed him. He switched off the phone saying that he had killed six people and that he was also committing suicide. The police revealed that he explained to the father that the victims were killed in Shabad, the girl at the pond, the wife and children at the house in Daivalaguda. After getting the information, the police reached the spot. Before leaving the scene, the dead bodies were taken to the hospital for post-mortem.
