Since the formation of Telangana state, K. Ramakrishna Rao has been the chief secretary of the Finance Department. CS Shanti Kumari recently retired and replaced K Ramakrishna Rao as the general secretary of the state government. In this backdrop, Sandeep Kumar Sultania has been appointed in the vacant Finance Secretary General Secretary.
