Hyderabad, August 17 (Namaste Telangana): RTC buses have been in danger recently as never before. Drivers are holding steering and releasing a heart attack. Conductors are forcibly committing suicide for wrongdoing. Thousands of drivers are struggling with the problem of piles as they sit in the driver seat for hours. It is no exaggeration to say that there are hundreds of people who are paralyzed with proper sleep, feeding and psychological anxiety. However, the claim that the government and the RTC management are leming lemonade are heard among the RTC workers. Drivers and conductors are gagging that the rest of the staff is in a hurry due to lack of appointments in the RTC. In addition, they are not concerned about their problems with overloading.

Each of the 16 hours of duty
There are about 16,000 conductors across the state and 14 thousand drivers in the state. According to the Motor Transport Act, anyone should only work on 8 hours of shift. But now the driver and conductor in the RTC is working for at least 14-16 hours a day. They say they are not giving them weekly off each time. Working without rest is concerned that there are high blood pressure, heart disease, paralysis and piles. In addition to this, drivers are also given TIMS. In addition to all of them .. In the absence of those who are in the depot, the magicors, supervisors and workers are furious. If 16 giant duty is given a day, it is said that the duty is to go on duty immediately for 16 hours. Verasi RTC is furious that the worst of the hard work is taking place.

More than 17 thousand spaces
The RTC has retired about 17,000 drivers and conductors, with the lack of new recruitment in their place. Employees and workers say they are getting sick due to lack of holidays. In all the districts across the state, Moodrozula’s duty has been reduced to rendezvoz, a day, and the kilometers on the other hand .. For example, while three of them have to do the duty of Moodrozula .. Rendroz is said to be doing the duty. This has led to working hours. Drivers are in tears that the 250-kilometer duty is to be extended to 350-380 km and 400 km in some depots. In doing so, the RTC ownership is continuing the conspiracy to replace the lack of staff.

Accidents with overload
Recently, RTC accidents in Telangana are disturbing. RTC ownership is not buying new buses and the old ones are rotating on the roads. Other vehicle condition and maintenance are inadequate. In addition to this, RTC employees say that the duty is also due to the dangers of duty. Most importantly, the Mahalakshmi scheme is said to be overloaded on all buses. Investigations in busy buses, brakes, steering, tires, hitting vehicles, and engine fields and canals have been routine. Bus kilometers per liter (KMPL) has also become a burden due to overload. In the past, it is said that 300 km of mileage with 50 liters of diesel is now needed and 60 liters is needed.

Dots for conductors with Mahalakshmi
In the wake of the Mahalakshmi scheme, conductors are facing many difficulties. It is said that the time to issue tickets to travelers is short and quickly hitting tickets. TIMS is not working in a tremendous congestion, the key board button, and some TIMS jumping, the conductors are unaware of them in small cases and some are removed from the job despite the 25 -year clean record. Many conductors are unable to cope with such incidents.

Self -esteem is working and working
The RTC does not restore the trade unions and does not care about the problems of the workers. Many workers in the RTC are working and killing self -esteem. Depot managers and supervisors are held hostage. They are terrified and harassed. Some people are under severe stress, and some people have lost their self -sufficiency and die with a heart attack in duty. If you die in buses due to work pressure .. In the houses and dying in the dawn, others are dying. The government and the ownership should reduce the workload on the workers.
