Speaking to the media in Delhi on Thursday, he said that the second time the exam was conducted in a highly armed manner and the Center was serious about the issue of paper leak. He said that immediately after the leak of the NEET paper, the center took action and arrested 17 people responsible for the incident. He said that resignation of Union Minister Pradhan is not the only solution. The incidents happening in Delhi and other parts for the past few days are unfortunate.
