Mahbubnagar, July 20 (Namaste Telangana representative) : The case of a ruling party leader who cleverly diverted the maize bought from farmers to his warehouse and sold it without the knowledge of a third eye has created a sensation in Mahabubnagar. The incident of looting crores of rupees from farmers by obstructing an MLA has become a topic of discussion. The farmers were worried because the Congress leader was behind this scandal. The silence of the PACS officials. Markfed officials raises many suspicions. ‘Namaste’ is a special story on this man who defrauded the farmers who sold their maize in the name of Taruga.
Golmal in the Society of Judges
A maize purchase center was set up three months ago under the auspices of the Mahabubnagar District Judges Primary Co-operative Society. The farmers began to buy the maize they had grown two months ago as they were anxious to buy it. 1,44,719 bags of maize were collected from 1,304 farmers in this centre. About 72,359.50 quintals were bought and sent to warehouses. Around 53,976 sacks of maize belonging to the farmers of Jadcharla area were stored in Sudarshan godown. This warehouse is running in the name of Chairman of Judges Society. So far so good, money is being directly deposited into the accounts of farmers who have sold maize for a week or ten days. Farmers were shocked as the difference between the bags sold and the money paid was huge. This is where the real story begins. Being the leader of the Congress and being the chairman of the society, there were suspicions about the money falling short of the sacks kept in his warehouse.
Why is he in the warehouse?
If the farmers are not able to buy the hard-cultivated crops and the government is raising its hands, on the other hand, it seems that there is a big conspiracy behind the movement of the purchased maize to the warehouse of the ruling party leader. An employee who opposed the affair was also allegedly suspended. 40 percent of the bags purchased were moved to that warehouse. The sacks that reached the warehouse were made to appear underweight and were fined Rs. Actually, the second and third kilos per quintal should be reduced, but the goods reaching his warehouse are decreasing quintals per quintal. According to the purchase receipt, if the farmers inquired about the non-payment of money in the accounts, it was found that there was a huge difference in the sales.
Receipt is one way.. Money is another
There are open accusations that the hands of ruling party leaders are behind the sacks of maize bought under the Judges Society. Justice to the farmers is being suppressed. Moreover, the money has been paid.. what else can they do? Farmers are suffering as thousands of rupees are less. Meanwhile, during the purchase of maize, receipts were also given to the farmers who sold it by entering it in the register under the auspices of the society. They were given slips of how much they bought and entered in the register. So far so good.. this scam came out because the farmers did not get enough money for the maize they sold. There are allegations that an MLA belonging to the ruling party moved farmers’ maize to his warehouse and sold it as Darja.
It is true that Sudarshan got less in the warehouse..
We bought all the maize from the Judcharla Society. About 75,000 sacks were moved to the Sudarshan warehouse. It is true that some farmers say that they have received less money.

Golmaal is real
If 106 bags were sold, the money was paid for only one hundred and three bags. Many farmers like me got less money. When asked why, the authorities do not give a proper answer. Will the grain hidden in the warehouse have wings? Have you eaten any pig’s beaks? Answering so carelessly? Action should be taken against those involved in corruption in the purchase of maize.
