Since Congress came to power, 20 cases have been registered against Krishank across the state. The onslaught of cases that started in 2024 peaked in the year 2025 and intensified by 2026. More than ten FIRs registered in a single year is astonishing. The sections of the cases filed against budding Dalit leader Krishank can be understood as to how well-armed the Revanth Reddy government is in persecuting. The latest in the series of cases is even worse. Krishank recently filed a complaint with the ACP to stop the false propaganda being spread on social media against his wife and to take action against the person responsible, Rajendra Kumar. Ulta case was filed against Krishank himself for peacefully protesting to take action against the accused who made baseless allegations against the woman.
On the same complaint given by Rajendrakumar, Kukatpally police registered an FIR against Krishank and others. Krishank was arrested in this case on April 24 and produced before the judge. The court remanded him for 14 days. At present he has been shifted to Sangareddy Jail. But Sangareddy District Court granted bail on 6th May. Harassment on Krishank did not stop even after getting bail. In this order, the police brought him to the court in Nirmal district center on Friday as part of a PT warrant. A senior civil court judge granted bail. Police took him to Sangareddy Jail from Nirmal. In this order, Sangareddy was released from jail.
