Nalgonda: Former minister and MLA Jagadish Reddy has criticized that the state is facing drought conditions under the rule of Revanth Reddy, disciple of Andhra CM Chandrababu. He spoke at a media conference organized at Nalgonda BRS office on Monday. He said that the Congress government had failed to deal with the drought. Duiyabatta said that the government has no sincerity towards the people.
It has been revealed that all the water in the reservoirs will be empty in another 15 days. He criticized Revanth Reddy for not having the sense to use the water that is being wasted in the sea from Godavari. He clarified that under Nagarjuna Sagar during the BRS regime water was given to the crops even during drought. Mission Bhagiratha is not even supplying water and there is no sense in using the existing systems. He said that now the conditions of poverty that existed before 2014 have come.
Andhra CM Chandrababu accused of looting 50 TMC from Sagar. He said that Nalgonda and Hyderabad will face severe fresh water shortage in the coming days. It is said that the government is in a hurry to carry out the latest reviews after the weather experts have warned. It is explained that they are showing off now that the damage has been done. He criticized Minister Uttam Kumar Reddy for not having minimum knowledge about the projects.
He said that if the Kannepally pumps are turned on, water can be provided everywhere including SRSP. It was revealed that Sundilla and Annaram barrages are working brilliantly. They demanded that Uttam be unfit for the post of minister and resign from the post immediately. Jagdish Reddy said that already 150 TMCs of sea milk has been sold.
