Hyderabad City Bureau, July 1 (Namaste Telangana): The upanayanam to be held on Friday at the house of Govindahari, the charitable adviser of the Department of Debt, is the subject of discussion. While it was a private event, the orders given to bless this Upanayana by Vedic scholars from prominent alayas in Telangana became highly controversial. Hyderabad RJC Ramakrishna Rao sent an order on WhatsApp saying that the Commissioner has ordered to send Vedic scholars along with invitation letters and prasads related to Upanayana to the evos of Basara, Vemulawada, Jogulamba, Kaleswaram, Yadagirigutta, Station Ganesh Temple, Keesaragutta, Cheruvugattu, Ujjain Mahankali Temples. Last year, the Principal Secretary of the Department of Debt, Shailajaramayar, issued orders that priests, scholars and employees working in the Debt Department should not participate in private events. Action was also taken against the priests for participating in a private function in connection with the Jogulamba temple in the same year. Is it not wrong if all the employees and priests of the Devadaya Department go to Govindahari’s house and participate in a private program there, remembering the past incident in Jogulamba? They are asking.
Government scholars for private program..!
As some temple scholars said they could not go due to personal reasons and others said they could not come due to illness, the EOs informed the matter to RJC Ramakrishna Rao. An executive officer said that he immediately phoned the concerned EOs and told them that they should send the Vedic scholars under any circumstances and that it must be obeyed as this is the commissioner’s order. Moreover, it is learned that RJC himself called some Vedic scholars and told them to go to Govindahari’s house. When the spokesperson of ‘Namaste Telangana’ asked Ramakrishna Rao, Regional Joint Commissioner of Religion Department, over the phone about the viral posts that he had given orders to send temple pundits for a private function, he said that he was not aware of this matter, he had not called anyone, and had not given any order to send Vedic pundits for the function at Govindahari’s house. When Deputy Commissioner Krishna Prasad was asked for an explanation on the same matter, he said that this matter was not in his view.
Netizens fire on Govindahari..!
What is the priority of this Govindahari in the original Devadaya department? What is the size of other areas in the debt department? On Wednesday, posters against him went viral on social media. Questions are rife as to how they would ask the Department of Taxation to send scholars to a private program. Should God’s services be stopped and govindu’s service? Netizens are asking sarcastically. While the posts on Govindahari program are going viral, another post has gone viral saying that there were many irregularities in the appointment of Veda Pandits and Priests recently organized by the Telangana Devadaya Department. Telangana Pandits are not given priority in the jobs of Devadaya Department, did the Telangana Pandits need to go to the house of Govindahari who is doing injustice to the Pandits of this region in the exams? Many questions were asked in those posters.
