Siddipet: Former minister Harish Rao has alleged that the current drought in the state is not a drought brought on by time, but a drought brought about by the cunning of the Chief Minister Revanth Reddy and the Congress party. He criticized the government for not turning on the motors of the Kannepally Pump House (Kannepally Pump House) out of jealousy of where KCR will get a good name, even though there is enough water in the Godavari river.
Harish Rao participated and spoke in the Peddamma temple festival held in Thimmai Palli village of Nangunur mandal of Siddipet district. Siddipet District Peddamma’s mother revealed that she wanted to bless Revanth Reddy. He clarified that the KCR Kaleswaram project was built to irrigate the peasantry no matter how much drought there is, and if the motors are turned on, Ranganayak Sagar will be filled and about 70 to 80 thousand acres of Siddipet constituency will be irrigated.
Revealing that not a single acre has been cultivated with Kaleswaram, the Chief Minister said that if he comes to Thimmaipalli village and talks to the people, it will be understood. He expressed happiness that women used to wait for drinking water in Thimmaipalli with empty bottles, and with the arrival of Kaleswaram waters, this area is flourishing with golden crops. He said that the farmers who are cultivating oil palm are getting excellent income from Narmeta factory.
