Narayankhed, Aug 4: Former MLA Mahareddi Bhopal Reddy has assured the beneficiaries of the double bedroom houses selected during the BRS government. On Monday, he submitted a memorandum of understanding with the beneficiaries at Narayanakhed in Sangareddy district, seeking to provide the double bedroom houses allotted to the beneficiaries immediately.
Speaking on the occasion, the KCR government has granted 1,400 double bedroom houses for Narayankhed constituency, Pipri, Nizampet, Periyankarampeta and Balkanchelka Thanda have built a total of 350 double houses and distributed to the beneficiaries and Rs 55 crore in the town of Jukal.
Beneficiaries were selected by the lottery in complete transparency. The final phase of work was to be completed and distributed to them, he said. The BRS warned that the beneficiaries were ready to fight on behalf of the beneficiaries if the houses were not distributed to the selected beneficiaries during their tenure. Bhopal Reddy challenged that he would take political asceticism if he proved that he had been corrupted in the selection of double bedroom houses and if he did not prove it.
