Shakkarnagar, May 6: An incident in Nizamabad district’s Bodan, where the ACB caught an SSI taking bribe to remove his name from a civil case, took place on Wednesday. According to the details of ACB DSC Shekhar Goud, the police have issued notices to some people in a civil case registered in the month of March at Bodhan Town Police Station. SSI Chitannoju Bhaskarachari demanded a bribe of Rs.10 to remove the name of the son of the brother of a public representative in this case. Finally an agreement was reached for Rs.7 thousand. In this background, the victim went to the police station on Wednesday and was caught red-handed by the ACB officials while giving Rs.7 thousand along with the SSI.
