- BRS leader Satish’s complaint to the Commissioner of Tenders
Hyderabad, July 3 (Namaste Telangana): BRS leader and ex-redco chairman Y Satish Reddy on Friday filed a complaint with the Commissioner of Tenders to cancel the tenders of automated testing centers conducted against the rules. It is stated that there was a conspiracy to withdraw about Rs.600 crores in this case. He said that they had expressed suspicion earlier that an attempt was being made to hand over the work of all the stations to one person. But that is what happened and their inquiry revealed that a minister was trying to tie the tender to his close person.
He stated in the complaint that the tender of 37 centers was tied to one person. It is stated that without pre-bidding meeting, canceling the tenders twice, making amendments in the rules immediately, and then changing them to cuslars, fixing the same prices for each cluster, etc. He said that he will not hesitate to take legal action on this.
