Hydraa | Hyderabad City Bureau, October 13 (Namaste Telangana): Hydra is a specialist company and those in the real estate sector. Differences are warned that demolitions should be avoided.

In an interview with a media, he said that the builders in Hyderabad had been building there in the past, and that the builders of companies like Vertex and Vasavi have not been able to act properly. Ranganath said that there are new structures in the areas such as Sherlingampally and Kukatpally, which are mainly rates, and are mostly focused on them. He said that the old permits would be considered in the name of survey numbers and court notices, which would be considered in this regard, which is being acted in this regard. CM Revant Reddy himself has said that he is an experienced person in the real estate, he said that he was saying that he was doing it.

Exception to the old ones!

Ranganath said he had given him an opportunity to be a hydrated commissioner because he had previously blocked the authorities in Warangal. On the other hand, in the ponds, ministers' farmhouses and CM brother Thirupathi Reddy are dealing with the government's decision on the demolition of the house. He said that Hydra was initially aggressive and that the demolitions caused the public to panic. Many builders have revealed that they have lost crores of rupees. He also explained that the common people were told that they were in the houses that were bought and now without home. The government thought deeply and had permits before the formation of hydra, but decided not to demolish the structures that had already been permitted, but that they would be used commercially.

Prior to the formation of hydra, the permits and bank loans were now not demolished, and if they were overthrown, they questioned who would pay the builders. That is why the government has decided not to demolish them and that Hydra is acting in that direction. He said that NVC will not be given on behalf of Hydra and there are other companies. He said that they have a clarity on the nalala kabbas and will remove the commercial structures on the nalas and to demolish the houses if necessary.

Reduce rates .. Increase sales!

There are also different reasons for the fall in the real estate in Hyderabad, but there are no different reasons for the lack of money from the outside, the demand for the supply and the decline in the construction of houses and decline. Ranganath said the real estate was reduced and the SFT was not good at Rs. He said that the price of real estate has been stagnant in the price and that if prices are good, it will increase sales. How to increase prices and fall? Asked. Ranganath said that the common people are thinking about where to buy houses due to hydra, and banks are also giving loans carefully.

Tear down in the dark!

Ranganath made it clear that there is no need to give any notices for demolitions and if they want to demolish… they can be demolished at any time. It is not correct to say that they are demolishing in the dark, they have taken over the daytime and that it is not demolished in the morning ... all this is a false propaganda. It is not a fact that it is not true that everyone is going in the morning and send everyone out in the dark. According to the High Court ruling, Ranganath said that the demolitions could be done at any time on Saturday and Sunday.
