Hyderabad, Aug 16 (Namaste Telangana): On the one hand, the crop cultivation season is coming to an end. On the other hand, crops such as Makkajonna will be cut in a matter of months. But the Department of Agriculture has not taken up the crop booking process so far. It is noteworthy that at least the plan is to be started. Against this backdrop, it is confused about how crop purchases will be made. Crop booking details are based on crop booking details of any farmer, any crop and how much cultivation. But so far, the Department of Agriculture has not prepared the details. This is likely to have an impact on crop purchases. It is estimated that it will take at least a month and a half to complete the crop booking. It is in this backdrop that it will be completed now. Already, there has been a lot of maize. Rice is also cut in October. Against this backdrop, the Agriculture Department has been criticized for being negligent.

Planning in the Department of Agriculture
There has been criticism that there is a lack of planning in the Agriculture Department. Applications were taken from farmers two days before the Farmers Insurance Scheme expired. Now it is up to the decision on the registration of crops. In fact, the crop booking should begin from the end of July or the first week of August. But it is astonishing that the authorities are acting like nothing. The Center has implemented the Digital Crop Survey (DCS) policy for crop booking last season. Do you do a regular survey this season? Or will the DCS be implemented? There is no clarity on the subject. The AEOs are deeply disturbed by the agriculture department officials who are acting without prior plans. They are outraged that they are pressing for a short deadline.

Are the crow count?
Are the cultivation calculations that the Department of Agriculture currently releases the crow? There are doubts. The Department of Agriculture releases the weekly report every Wednesday for the cultivation of crops in the state. According to the report, 1.08 crore acres of crops were cultivated till 13 this month. This includes 45.20 lakh acres of paddy, 44.63 lakh acres of cotton, 5.96 lakh acres and 4.70 lakh acres of crops. The AEOs have not gone to the field .. The crops are not examined. The crops were not surveyed. Against this backdrop, questions arise as to what calculations are taken on the cultivation of crops. Considering the estimates of the cultivation, an AEO has said that the cultivation calculations are calculated by 5 or 10 percent, and so far it has become a sensation that they have not received crop booking orders.
